Stawberry Yogurt Ices
Ingredients

110g strawberries, reserve 4 small ones and hull and quarter the rest
200g Organic Greek Style Yogurt
40g caster sugar
4 ice-cream cones (optional)
Directions
------------
1) Using a whisk, blend together the Rachel's Organic Greek Style Yogurt and sugar in a medium-sized plastic bowl until light and fluffy. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and freeze, uncovered, for 1 hour.
2) Break up the semi-frozen mixture with a fork, then whisk for 2 minutes. Scrape down the sides again and freeze for a further hour.
3) Whisk once again, but during the last 10 seconds of whisking, beat in the quartered strawberries until they are well mixed in. Transfer the mixture to a lidded container and freeze for a minimum of 4 hours.
4) Transfer the frozen yogurt mixture to the fridge about 20 minutes before serving to allow it to soften. Serve in either ice-cream cones or dessert glasses, each one decorated with a whole strawberry.
